Order Tracking

Know where your order is, every step of the way

Every GDC order is handled with care. Once your order is placed and dispatched, you'll have everything you need to track it from our warehouse to your door.

Order Confirmed

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase with your order number and details.

Order Dispatched

Once your order is packed and collected, you'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number and carrier link.

Track Your Parcel

Click the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your order in real time on the carrier's tracking page.

Delivered

Your order arrives. If you're not home, the carrier will leave a calling card or attempt redelivery the next working day.

Email Notifications

We send automated email updates at each stage of your order journey. Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for messages from GDC Clothing. Each dispatch email includes:

  • Your unique tracking number
  • The name of your delivery carrier (Royal Mail or DPD)
  • A direct link to track your parcel on the carrier's website
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Tracking With Our Carriers

GDC dispatches orders via Royal Mail and DPD depending on your location and delivery option. You can also track directly on their websites using your tracking number:

Delivery Timeframes

Standard UK orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 1–3 working days for standard delivery and next working day for express. Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs processing which can add to delivery times. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 working days, or if you have not received a dispatch email within 7 working days of ordering, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
