2. Ordering
All orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We operate a drop-based release model; products are available in limited quantities and we cannot guarantee availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no goods will be dispatched. You will be notified and invited to use an alternative payment method.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. GDC Clothing is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.

- Express delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
- International orders may be subject to customs charges payable by the recipient
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your GDC purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@gdc-clothing.com with your order number. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of GDC Clothing and protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission. The GDC name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of GDC Clothing.
